Il bianco è lo strumento con cui questa villa rende leggibile la propria costruzione per piani. Telai, pareti e solette conservano lo stesso tono, ma cambiano spessore e posizione, disegnando una sequenza di bordi in primo piano e superfici arretrate. Al livello superiore, le grandi aperture scavate nei volumi ospitano logge e terrazze. Al piano terra, il portico accompagna il soggiorno verso la piscina. I setti verticali attraversano la composizione e misurano l’altezza delle facciate, mentre pergole e coperture ne prolungano le linee orizzontali. La luce solare introduce le differenze cromatiche attraverso le ombre: il progetto trova così la propria varietà nella geometria e nella profondità delle superfici bianche.

White is the means by which this villa makes its layered construction legible. Frames, walls and slabs share the same tone but vary in thickness and position, creating a sequence of foreground edges and recessed surfaces. On the upper floor, large openings within the volumes contain loggias and terraces. Below, the portico extends the living room towards the pool. Vertical walls mark the height of the façades, while pergolas and roofs prolong their horizontal lines. Sunlight introduces tonal differences through shadow, allowing the design to find variety in the geometry and depth of its white surfaces.

Gli studi dei prospetti mostrano come il medesimo colore possa distinguere superfici diversamente orientate. Le ombre sotto le solette rendono leggibili gli sbalzi. I setti più alti indicano gli snodi tra i corpi. Anche il fronte di accesso mantiene questa logica di piani sfalsati, con aperture raccolte tra pareti bianche di diversa profondità.

The elevation studies show how a single colour can distinguish surfaces facing different directions. Shadows beneath the slabs reveal the cantilevers, while taller walls mark the junctions between volumes. The entrance side follows the same arrangement of offset planes, with openings set between white walls of varying depth.
